Eradicating bullying and abuse

Have you ever experienced bullying or abuse?

Maybe it was at school.

Maybe it was in a previous workplace.

Maybe it was in a relationship.

Or maybe bullying or abuse isn’t in the past for you.

Maybe you’re experiencing or witnessing it right now.

Today, I’m chatting with Brett Murray – founder of the Safe Heart Foundation. He’s made it his life’s mission to educate children, teenagers, and adults around ways to prevent bullying and abuse – now and in the future.

We’re taking a deep dive into Brett’s past experiences with bullying and the paths that led him to where he is today – and it’s been a beautiful journey.

But before we get started, I just want to say – if you or someone close to you is experiencing bullying or abuse and you don’t know what to do, please call Lifeline on 13 11 14.

You don’t need to handle this on your own.

On a lighter note, I know you’ll enjoy Brett’s infectious energy and enthusiasm during our interview. He shows it’s definitely possible to turn any life around.

Let’s get started.
