Ep 06 – Brenda Rogers Serenity in Nature – The modern trend for relieving stress and anxiety

Feb 17, 2020

Releasing stress through nature

As business owners, we have a lot going on in our lives – including work, family, and staying connected with ourselves. So you probably find it hard to de-stress at times.

Do you ever feel overwhelmed and short-tempered?
Do you ever feel lost and unable to connect with what you want – let alone ask for it?
And are you too caught up in your thoughts and headspace – meaning you’re not listening to your inner goddess for answers?

In today’s episode, I’m chatting with Brenda Rogers from Quintessence Women’s Health and discussing ways to step out of the busyness of our lives and into nature.

The Australian bush is a big part of our nation’s identity – and it’s been on the forefront of our minds recently with the tragic bushfire crisis. So it feels fitting to talk about the notion of bush bathing today and the importance of strengthening our connection with our beautiful natural surroundings.

I recommend listening to this episode outside in the fresh air – whether it’s in the bush, a local park, or even your own backyard.

So let’s take a deep breath of fresh air – and immerse ourselves in today’s episode.
