Ep 138 – Bianca Anderson: The basics and benefits of Hypnosis

Aug 8, 2022

What is clinical hypnotherapy?

Have you ever been hypnotised before?
And no, I don’t mean onstage….

Clinical hypnotherapy isn’t about clucking like a chicken – or doing something embarrassing in front of others.

This type of therapy is actually done in private and can be used to help you gain control over bad habits – like smoking or emotional eating – or cope better with anxiety or pain.

Today I’m chatting with Bianca Anderson from Harmony through Hypnotherapy about the basics and benefits of hypnosis.

I’ve personally experienced it once before and keen to give it another go after conducting this interview!

Let’s get started.
