Alice is a kinesiologist, mind body medicine, and Integrative complementary medicine practitioner. She’s also a wife, mother to 2 teens, and an excorporate employee. She runs a busy practice in Bella Vista in northwest sydney and also offers online services and bespoke corporate wellness programs and retreats.

In addition, Alice is the president of the Australian Kinesiology Association and has been in practice for 8 years. Your body is talking to you, and it’s Alice’s job to help you understand what it’s saying and to help you tap into its wisdom and innate healing ability on a mind, body, and soul level.
