Initial Chat
When you’re writing on behalf of someone else (aka ghost writing), it’s important to get a ‘feel’ for the person you’re working for! So after you’ve expressed interest in working with us – we’ll organise an initial chat with our Chief Content Consultant/Founder, Leanne Shelton via Zoom.
In this short 15 minute chat, she’ll quickly work out if we’re a good fit for one another – and offer recommendations on the next steps. This might include the development of a business proposal or (if you’re keen to get started with us straightaway) setting a date for your Zoom briefing.
If ready to proceed, you’ll be sent an invoice for the first upfront 50% instalment.
If you’re organising a monthly package, a personalised retainer contract and first full invoice will be sent.
Zoom Briefing
Here’s the fun part – telling us all about your business!
Regardless of project, you’ll be interviewed via Zoom to discuss the key information you want featured in your copy. We get curious here – and ask lots of questions to get a thorough understanding of your needs.
This Zoom briefing is recorded and transcribed via Rev.com (by real people, not bots) and uploaded to a Google Folder dedicated to your project. We’ll then literally use your words to write the copy – meaning minimal room for error. But you’re also welcome to send us additional materials beforehand or afterwards. We want to help you get this right!
Copywriting
When it comes to the copywriting side, allow up to 2 weeks following the Zoom briefing for the first draft via Google Docs. This will be written by one of our mid-senior SEO Copy Consultants and reviewed by our Chief, Leanne. So there will always be 2 copywriters allocated to your project. (Unless you’re willing to pay a premium to get Leanne yourself! Even then, we’ll get a proofreader on board for a fresh pair of eyes.)
If we’re working on a larger project, we usually send over a rough draft of one of the sections to ensure we’re on the same page. (Pardon the pun!) Once that’s approved, we’ll work on the remaining pages and come back to you ASAP.
You’ll be invoiced the second 50% instalment after the first full draft is supplied.
Editing
Once you’ve got the draft, it’s over to you to amend or add whatever you’d like.
Please use ‘Suggested Changes’ and ‘Comments’ in Google Docs so we can easily see what you’ve done and what you need us to work further on. We will always work on the same document to avoid multiple-version-confusion.
We include up to two free rounds of edits and proofreading for every project. In many instances, we get it right after the first round – or sometimes there aren’t any changes. Yippee! But we’ll work hard to ensure you’re happy with the completed project.
Our niche is the health and wellness space – because this is what we love the most.
However, our team consists of some ‘generalist’ copywriters who are open to writing for a broad range of industries. It simply comes down to whether we’re the right fit.

Website copy – Starting at $2,500+GST for 5 pages.
This typically includes pages like Home, About, Services x 2, FAQ, Contact. But you might have a slight variation on that.
The price includes the recorded Zoom briefing and transcript, copywriting, and 2 rounds of free edits and final proofreading.
Blog Writing – Starting at $450+GST for 500-700 words.
This price includes the recorded Zoom briefing and transcript, copywriting for 1 x 500-700 word SEO-friendly blog, and 2 rounds of free edits and final proofreading.
We also highly recommend adding 5 x social media posts with or without graphics to repurpose your content for an extra $150+GST. (The initial one-off template design is $300+GST)
Oh, and you also get two mid-senior level SEO copywriters allocated to your task – plus a project manager.
